SAMS fixed my broken steel tent pole. I couldn't find a spare, and was looking at £300+ for a second hand entire tent. However they found a bit of pipe the right size, cut and welded, all within 30 minutes. Great service, and a massive cost saving for me. Would definitely use them again for a big or small metalwork challenge.
Excellent service and thoughtfulness, in that my daughter's trampoline was missing a part so needed a replacement. Supplier had none, as was last of stock, so choice was get one online that might of been OK, or get one copied from one we had.
